CTP Series Fish & Shrimp Transfer Pump
General Introduction
The ABM CTP Series Fish & Shrimp Transfer Pump is a professional solution designed for the gentle and efficient transfer of live aquatic products such as shrimp, fish, clams, and shellfish during harvesting, grading, and processing operations. Utilizing advanced peristaltic (hose) pump technology, the CTP Series ensures smooth and continuous water flow that safely transports live seafood without physical stress or mechanical damage. Built with food-grade materials and a hygienic design, the pump fully complies with international food safety standards, making it ideal for use in aquaculture farms, seafood processing plants, and fishing port facilities. Compact, durable, and highly energy-efficient, the CTP Series enhances productivity, preserves product quality, and minimizes handling losses — a smart investment for modern seafood operations.
Description
Technical Highlights
At the heart of the CTP Series lies ABM’s high-strength composite hose, developed using international standard winding technology and composed of three key layers: an inner elastic rubber layer (natural rubber, EPDM, or NBR) for smooth flow and elasticity recovery, a reinforced fiber layer for fatigue and corrosion resistance, and an outer wear-resistant rubber layer for durability and pressure stability. The hose can withstand pressures up to 1.6 MPa, ensuring a long service life and reliable performance in continuous operations. The peristaltic mechanism eliminates impellers and seals, allowing for non-contact pumping that minimizes contamination and maintenance. Available in multiple models such as CTP600608-GFT and CTP1003010-GFT, the series offers flexible capacities and flow rates to meet diverse aquaculture and processing demands, supported by ABM’s precision engineering and 24/7 operation reliability.
